Well, Tuesdays are a complete torture because there's PE in the morning,
and SPA at the end of day.
Sunrise this morning seen through the bus window on the way to school was REALLY, REALLY beautiful. Too bad all the people were blocking my view if not I would seriously, seriously have wanted to take it down. JESEUSSS!!!
I figure our running for 2.4 today was really good!
In fact, my best ever, ever since I started slacking.
15:48, I THINK.
A couple of updates:
Lost In Translation is GOOD.Go watch it. Period.
I figure something that I could always resonate with, from Western films, is this permeating sense of private isolation, existential emptiness that Eastern films seen either to never care about/ never thought it worth portraying.
I think it has to do with the individualistic culture (thus the eternal feeling of being on your own) versus a conforming group mentality (such that even if you don't feel alright you would hide it. to protect surface harmony of the society, like,,,rawrrr.).
Then there's this show with Nicholas Tse going to Cambodia. What can I say? Cambodia is in my list of countries to visit.
A country ravaged with so much violence and blood that makes 300+Kill Bill rate E (for Everyone).

Imagine having to 'sail' about in the world's second largest freshwater lake in a basin for fash-washing begging for money from tourists.
It's like,
who are we to grumble about how unfair/ bad life is?
Everyone's got their own problems. We just need to learn to deal with it.
Started watching Ugly Betty last night out of the blue and I instantly loved it.HOHOHO I love people who've got the guts to dream it big and do their thing no matter what others tell them, they are free of what others 'expect' of them.
It's like our culture to 'expect' fat people to be mediocre and keep away from the fashion industry at all length, at all costs. And here's someone who simply doesn't give a ... damn and do it anyway. WOO I love these kind of characters.
They know how they're like, who they are. What others 'expect' of people like them.
And they have the courage and the vision, the dream and the determination - To do what they REALLY want, and not get limited by societal expectations. In spite of not fitting in, despite being out of place, blah blah.
I mean,
what is culture? What are social patterns? Why should I give a damn if they don't work for me.
If everyone thinks that thin=beautiful and that works for them to abstain from all the goodness of delicious food in life. If it works for them then why not?
- But it definitely don't work for me...
Maybe it's like an excuse for indulging.
I mean,
it is, but hell YEAH.
As far as I'm concerned, I don't friggin' care, YET. =Pp
FOOD is GOOD!!!
I mean, I figure that one can care about his/ her own looks for all him/ her likes.
Just don't get pushed by other people into getting really stressed-up about it.
Of course,
people are superficial,
so am I.
But like the animal of reason we are,
I do believe that a heart of gold is like supremely,
the most beautiful thing in the whole wide world, entire Universe.
It's timeless and does not age.
SEXaYye BETTY!
;rock YOU.
